Half Price Supermarket is a subsidiary company of G.K.O Medicines. It was created to act as a trading arm for G.K.O. Medicines Ltd., with a specific aim of handling essential domestic commodities and goods other than pharmaceutical or health-related products.

Half Price Supermarket is located very conveniently for people in the Bugolobi, Luzira, Kitintale, Mutungo, Kireka and Bweyogerere areas.

Although it started as a medium-sized business, Half Price Supermarket has grown into one of the leading Super Markets in Uganda, dealing in retail, whole sale, procurement, storage and sale of a wide range of products.
